Description:
Responsibilities 1. Sourcing and Screening: o Proactively source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to build a strong pipeline. o Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications. 2. Candidate Experience: o Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. o Keep candidates informed about their status and provide timely feedback. 3. Collaboration: o Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create effective job descriptions. o Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 4. Interview Coordination: o Schedule and coordinate interviews, both in-person and virtual. o Prepare interviewers and candidates for successful interactions. 5. Offer Management: o Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. o Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding. 6. Talent Acquisition Strategy: o Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices. o Continuously improve our recruitment processes and strategies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
